Where quality begins
Yarn Production
Our commitment to quality begins with yarn. We produce yarn that is colored and extruded using the advanced solution-dyeing method, where color pigment is blended directly into the fiber. Across 11 in-house yarn plants, we manufacture 1,700 tons of polypropylene, polyester, and nylon yarn every month, using the latest BCF extrusion technology.
By producing our own yarns, we remove reliance on external suppliers and maintain uniform quality across all product lines.

ColorPoint Technology
ColorPoint is an advanced tufting technology that enables precise placement of multiple yarn colours within a single stitch, creating high-definition patterns directly during tufting. Unlike conventional methods, there are no buried yarn ends, allowing full gauge coverage and improved surface density across the carpet. This results in sharper pattern clarity, enhanced durability, and the ability to produce complex multi-colour designs with multiple pile heights in a single pass.
Solution Dyed Fibres
Colour is engineered directly into the fibre during extrusion, rather than applied to the surface after production. This creates a fully saturated yarn with consistent colour throughout its cross-section, resulting in higher resistance to fading, staining, and cleaning chemicals. By controlling this process in-house, we ensure colour accuracy across batches while delivering long-term appearance retention in high-traffic commercial environments.
