High Tide & Low Tide

High Tide & Low Tide is a transition carpet tile system designed to make colour an active part of spatial planning.
Inspired by the movement of water across a shoreline, the coordinating designs allow one tonal field to gradually dissolve into another, creating transitions that feel fluid rather than abrupt.

For architects and interior designers, this opens up much greater freedom than a conventional repeating carpet tile. Colour can build towards collaboration areas, reception zones or destinations, then soften as the floor moves into circulation routes and quieter spaces. The system is particularly effective across workplaces, hospitality interiors, education facilities and public environments where flooring can support intuitive zoning and wayfinding.

Used through Design by Pattern, the transition itself becomes a feature of the interior, creating a continuous floor landscape with movement, depth and a strong visual identity.
